Black Adam DCU movie is entertaining when not expecting to see Da Vinci Code level production & it’s 110% worthy of support. It’s even a bit generic as mostly haters / neutrals say, that doesn’t bother me with this DCU action movie. I’ll give second viewing for Black Adam later on weekend 🎥 PLOT: Black Adam who is the mythical hero of the occupied city of Kahndaq, is released into modern times. While Adrianna Tomaz who freed him & her family hoped he would then liberate his people as a sign of gratitude. Her dream didn’t happen as Black Adam is not the hero they think he is. He hides a secret that puts him in no good position with the Justice Society of America, those who want to stop his deadly rampage. Brief rundown through this solid big character addition into DCU.
Dwayne has put a lot of effort into making Black Adam to stand out of the big crowd, with a clear desire to make Black Adam his new signature character. He gives the character a legit dark side, for example to have him kill without hesitation. Even Black Adam doesn’t allow second thoughts for doing that, all of it is swept away cause of Dwayne nailing the humor, action & memorable relationship with the kid. This kid reminds Adam of his own lost child, that giving more touchy feels for viewer. Something about supporting characters: Brosnan is terrific as Dr. Fate. He’s kinda like mirror image of MCU’s Dr.Strange. Yes Dr. Fate was created before Dr. Strange ^^ Dr. Fate senses that Black Adam’s powers could be used for helping others. Brosnan’s presense on screen is always so strong that good viewer understands not to take munchies while he’s around. Hawkman is played by talented Aldis Hodge. Hawkman is presented as Dr. Fate’s protege. He’s a much harder-edged hero who takes too much pride in being essentially a peacekeeper for the mortal world. Then there’s also few other characters who have non humie strength. One of them is Cyclone, who’s appearance is sort of annoying cause of overusing slow motion. Though, then again it worked out well in another beautiful cinema art called 300 so it’s use is not so bad.

Verdictioz: As a whole Black Adam DCU movie is a giant scaled beautiful action flick, with Jaume Collet Serra doing a fantastico job on the action scenes. Those that DP Lawrence Sher beautifully photographed ^^ I have to say that Black Adam Comic Book Live Adaptation is better than many DCU & MCU productions. I’ve been a huge DC fan for twenty seven years so it’s great to see these less known characters get to shine on a live act production. Supporting characters in this movie are kinda bleh & drag it down. There was too much of the “Justice Society” & not enough of the evil corporation or the main antagonist. Black Adam movie has a great movie under the surface. Feels like WBstill doesn’t know how to make supah-hero movies or antihero on this case. That on mind didn’t stop me from enjoying this because i didn’t think i was going to have this much fun watching it ^^ When i went to watch in local theater, people behaved as should & viewing experience was good. It’s a solid film that makes ‘The Rock‘ look like a legit antihero badass. It has good cgi, mostly spot on acting, good humor & fun supah-hero boomz flick. Happy for supporting it through few ways & also DCU that needs saving from it’s current state.
David Zaslav who is ceo & president of warner bros has made eight years plan with colleagues for comic adaptations into cinema & telly show format. Blue Beetle coming out before mid next year & Shazam before that. I’m not hyping for Shazam 2 because of villain casting, but really looking forward to Blue Beetle & happy to support it in Cinemas with two viewings ^^ I guess that Karate Kid‘s audience will support it as well because ‘Blue Beetle‘ movie character is played by talented cheery hearted Xolo Maridueña who is ‘Miguel Diaz’ in the series. Hopefully this eight year plan turns out ok & bummer to know that Aquaman 2 comes at end of next year cause of delays put in use at end of last summer. I hope that manyyy go to watch Black Adam on cinema before it vanishes 20.11 & comes into Hbo Max on early December. I’ll stream it there twice a month for first few months. In first Black Panther movie, Erik Killmonger destroys Wakanda’s entire supply of the heart-shaped herb. It’s the bioluminescent flower responsible for endowing Wakanda’s hero-protector: the Black Panther, with regenerative vitality & supahumie strength 🦹 T’Challa chose to reveal Wakanda’s true power to whole Planet. When the sequel begins, King T’Challa is dead. Yes, the cause of it written as virus, notglorious death.. Nearly a year after his “sudden” passing, his friends & loved ones continue to mourn & live silent life. Sorry for misleading lil bit there as funeral had zero Avengers. I mean those who were close friends with T’Challa like Bucky & others 😤 Meanwhile, the outside world puts sights on Wakanda, planning to take share of its invaluable resources. Dangerous threat emerges in the form of the mythical underwater city of Talocan (Atlantis) & its leader. ^^ Sadlyit didn’t happen. It should’ve been done with Characters like: Killmonger, Nakia or Aneka. Both ladies would’ve been better than Shuri who took it. Of course best new T’Challa would be Michael B Jordan who played Killmonger. Also Michaela Coel who plays Aneka. No, Mickey Rat Corporation’s big suits were wrong when said it’s too dangerous to recast him 😏 Yes write up for Killmonger to take the title could’ve been easily accomplished. What’s the main plot for this sequel that barely has it’s title character in it 🤔 This is borefest sequel where close to fifty kilos “black panther”beatsmuch stronger mcu character born in planet tellus 🤦♂️ Lets not go into ‘draining strength plan’ 🤭 Back to plot: It’s about Vibranium & secondly to take out all evil colonizers known as humans. There’s a lot of em for him as Talocan (nah he’s Atlantean) buddy known as ‘NamorHhHh‘ declared war to whole humie race 🙄 Namor’s origin changed to Mexican or Aztec was a sillymove by Ryan Coogler, who wanted to add more unnecessary cultural diversity.
The acting is ‘mostly’ good on this mcu movie. Angela Bassett deserves an award for performance. That so even the writing is shameful for her part when comes to replacing leadership as it didn’t happen like in first movie 🤨 This is second longest mcu movie now by end of year 6022 (2022 by oldest storybook on Planet Tellus) as it stands at sniff range behind Avengers: Boregame. 🤏 Soundtrack is okey as in not lifting you into stratosphere via ears massage, but is fine for this type of comic adaptation movie. 🎶 Visuals are almost top notchy buenos through two hours & forty one minutes. There are clear moments when the overuse & lil rushed cgi can be seen as it ‘sticks‘ to your eye like a pink bunny on a autumn colored tree. 🙆 Story itself on this twenty minutes too long movie is average, with a lot of dumb “twists“. They happen because story says so, not for em to make sense. Some scenes are too dark, could’ve cut many of em & plot stay same.
Towards final thoughts & goofies that gave a chuckle here & there.
Not the worst MCU movie ive seen so far, but not close to top three. Currently this falls into same box with Thor movie (i have clear favorites in mcu) that came out earlier this year. Not being worst doesn’t say much when it’s on same line with hilariously badThor: Mockery & Bang 🤔 The scenes that reference T’Challa are handled with such poignant grace that put you into memory lane. Those are one of the few goodies on this movie as they give Boseman a royal sendoff from franchise 👑 Wasn’t weepy time for me, but i did feel the meaning even it’s been a while since Chadwick passed away 🤔 Not good how casually Angela Bassett, the sequel’s heart & soul, is so casually dismissed.She should’ve stayed even is above sixty years of age. She’s a stunner & even her body would look as BP than Letitia’s. M’Baku said right things, but again was pushed aside. He deserved more screen time. 😢
Conclusion: The trailer really had me excited, but after almost 3hours i left the theater underwhelmed. I know many black poc & at mexicans who dislike this movie. So semi forced representation doesn’t work & that’s good. I might add & change this after rewatched (skipping on it for sure) on Mickey+ once lands there. No second cinema viewing for BP2, but second & maybe third viewing for Black Adam later on this week 🎥 It has better cgi, mostly better acting, good humor sprinkled in right places & fun supah-hero action movie 🙂 Happy to support it & DCU that needs our help to save it from current situation it’s in. Remember to stream Black Adam on Hbo Max once it drops there on early december. Zaslav & other suits in WB have made eight years plan for comic adaptations into cinema & tv show format. Hopefully it turns out ok 🤞 James Gunn & that other fella have big tasks to do. I think they’re gonna do well & first sign for it is Peacemaker’s S02 arriving next year. NamorHhHh is one of the strongest Tellus born (kinda in general) characters. So cause of his powah level he’d have little trouble with slicingvibranium objects. The issue is that Namor has varying levels of power in BP2 that downplay him. Only reason why he lost at all was because he’s the villain & he had to lose, but if he wasn’t, then what 🤔
Namor has been one of my favorites through thirty years of being comics fan. It’s tragic that this portrayal will be the way how entire generation will know him. Unbelievable how MCU has fallen from it’s greatness.. 😕

Pros: Ewan McGregor & Indira Varma. Beautiful reference / stolen encounter display at one of the rooms with Stormtroopers. Which one did it better, Starkiller or Obi-Wan ^^ That choreography was good, but also flawed. Now at Mickey’s SW the Lightsaber actually bounces off from Stormtrooper’s armor before goes through on next attempt 😮 Sad to see that Boba’s Gaffi Stick seems to be stronger as it didn’t perform so weakly when he put down bogies in Mandalorian S02. Cons: Perfect moment for Clone Wars flashbacks while Obi is in the bacta recovery, But naah.. Obi-Wan used the Force to swiftly dry up his outfit (wasn’t shown) after got into the base. Didn’t wear the armor of the knocked stormtrooper. It’s the ‘SW THING TO DO‘, but nah lets not do it Now to think of it, it couldn’t have been done cause of the uber cringey scene at end of the episode. Obi-Wan walks through sec checkpoint while Leia is under the massive trench coat.. 😀 Which one did it better: Austin Powers or Obi-Wan ? Tala does gentle head slap & down goes stormtrooper. 🧐 Darth Tantrum Inquisitor calls Obi-Wan as Kenobi to Leia & not Ben as Obi spoke to Leia. Now Leia knows this is Obi-Wan Kenobi. So it ruined the “help me Obi-Wan Kenobi” you helped my father in the Clone Wars.. ‘I forgot that you helped me when i was a kid.’ <– 😀

Only replies ‘You’re Strong‘ <– 🤔 👀 She couldn’t mind read ten year old, but did to adult earlier on EP02. No reaction to it 🤦♂️ We’re somehow supposed to believe that she’s competent enough in ‘The Force‘ as a 10-year old to (easily) block mind reading from a trained Inquisitor. Then takes 9x years for her to have the ability to sense things with ‘The Force‘ like she does in “Return of the Jedi“. Since Tie-Fighters shown in the hangar, they should have been used. Staying idle= They shouldn’t have been shown in the first place. Opening shot of the Fortress without the TIE-Fighters would’ve been fine. But no because lack of focus.
T-47’s are 2 person vehicles. One was destroyed, leaving1x vehicle for 4 people. How did they make it happen ? Magic ❤ 2 Inquisitors are in the hangar, Reva is the only one that does something (not useful) while the other (Fifth Brother) stands there & yells. I’d rather watch a slow paced spinoff of Tera Sinube than Darth Tantrum toy woman doing unuseful moves. Fortress Inquisitorius defenses should have detected the rebel ship once in orbit. On the Rebels telly show ‘Fifth Brother‘ puls the ‘Phantom’ ship & therefore stopped it from leaving the base. He doesn’t try anything at Kenobi S01E04 except yells as mentioned 🤦♂️

Shame on apologists for saying that Vader let Obi go on purpose at EP03 because Obi was so weak that Vader felt cheated. Well, seems like he’s pretty interested in capturing him at end of EP04, doesn’t it? The real Darth Vader would’ve Force Choked her while she’s in the air. Yes she placed the tracker into Lola, but Vader could’ve given that job to GI, Fifth Brother or Fourth Sister. This tracker getaway from being killed is über dumb. Mainly because Revan, mean ‘Reva’ would’ve needed to make sure that Fifth Brother with ‘Raiden Fan Hat’ or Fourth Sistah won’t be there to stop them from escaping. Vader was clearly angered after Obi escaped. Still he let Reva live & bowed to her like “i underestimated you“, ‘Hug‘ ?
In one scene Obi can barely move a 1 inch piece of metal with the ‘Force’ then 5mins later he is able to stop huge pressurised water flow into corridor. Vader had same in Fallen Order game. Obi did it all while fighting ST’s with other hand. Not to forget that in SW they use Transparasteel. Not glass.. There’s something oddly cheap about the ‘escape from Fortress Inquisitorius‘. Seen in an awkward sequence involving Reva deflecting blaster shots while clearly not in eyeline with T-47. When looking at The Mandalorian & cinematic quality of the Andor trailer, it stings to see ‘Kenobi‘ occasionally feel like a b-tier show. Should be same & higher. Most waited SW Telly show has 33min filler episode.. Why? EP04 is a missed opportunity. It would fit into mid of 8-10x eps long S01, not to one with 6x 30-42min each.

Pros: Ewan McGregor & Hayden Christensen. It’s great to see that Obi-Wan’s Lightsaber in the flashback scene is the old one that he lost in AOTC. This attention to detail by someone got a praise from me ^^ “Your need for victory Anakin, it blinds you..” 😪 Anakin’s Eyes totally expressive at that moment, distress & sort of frustration on his mind 😳 Wiuh so so good to see Anakin & Obi-Wan together like back in the days ❤ Hayden likes the behind-the-back blade twirl & done well ^^ Obi-Wan circled while one-handed is how he engages Count Dooku at the end of SW:EP02 when he blocks his lightning 👌 Cons: Maybe this time he really ran out of Force Juice / Energy Level & that’s why didn’t try to Force pull the ship that appeared from behind the wrecked one. Vader to have such powah doesn’t make sense when it’s done outside SWEU. No, it wasn’t good reference to what ‘Starkiller‘ did to bigger ship & redirected it. *Chewie Giggidy face.* Now we come back to silly part of Reva knowing that Darth Vader is Anakin Skywalker 😮 Part of canon is that the Emperor & Vader hunted down everyone who knew it. They definitely wouldn’t have let one become an Inquisitor.
It’s satisfying to see Vader toying with Reva without breaking a sweat & no need for own Lightsaber Included blocking the strikes with force & ordering the flow of “combat” with ‘dance‘ moves.. Then came the sad fact that he & GI left the job undone. At Mickey’s SW not even the Lightsabers are competent enough as they can’t kill body of weak species when torso gets hit. Savedwhen the plot demands it. Shame for Qui-Gon & some Jedis who got hit by LS into same spot. They were without same plot armor. 100x less interesting character had it 😞 Mickey’s Corporation even managed to indirectly ruin his death. Now even humies can survive from Lightsaber stab. Twice that is if the first time was a stab 😒

Pros: Ewan McGregor & Hayden Christensen. We actually get someLegacy OST to massage our ears. It was brief joy joy & better late than never. This series or show finale is emotionally driven, beautiful mostly 90% canon preserving artwork. Good one even it’s literally dark for most of runtime. This eats full point from rating. Sadly it’s a way to save production work & expenses on many cases. I was hoping to see Obi to do Force Jump after cleared the rocks above him. Moments later cheered when Obi turned into supah saiyan mode & channeledprecious skill from youngling days 💪 Then made the beautiful leap strike which cracked the helmet.
It’s a sort of a copy (cracked other side) from Ah-Soka vs Vader in animated Clone Wars show, but no matter. When Vader said “You didn’t kill Anakin, I did” the goosebumbsieez took over. The light on Anakin’s face changes while he talks,🔵 until he says the kill part, it turns 🔴 Hayden & Ewan delivered the goodies during the “meet up” at moon 💯 Switch between JOJ’s & Hayden’s voice is brilliant. I’ll definitely rewatch this encounter many times via Mickey+ I can forgive the silly brief moment when Obi has goofy grip on Lightsaber. I felt the man tears approaching when he mentioned the ‘lost friend‘ 🥺 Cons: Once Vader is few meters away from the shuttle he says: “Have you come to destroy me?” <- I thought he was chasing Obi-Wan & Obi decided to go there to see what’s cooking so that future rebels get to safety. I would’ve suggested line: “So Obi-Wan this is where you want to die..” Kenobi flying away after his win? <- Send few Tie Fighters or use the Star Destroyer nearby / in orbit. Guess those ‘thought requiring‘ moves would’ve been too much cause of runtime addition & more 🙄 Then again, if Mickey’s crew acknowledges that they exist, then they have to write intelligent stories to explain how things happen. How did Reva leave the base when no ships remained after refugees left first & then Vader with GI ? Mickey’s Magic again 🧐 How did aunt Beruknow that Reva “The Iron Torso” comes to farmstead during the dark 👨🏫
Not to forget the fact that Obi-Wan fought Vader at the same time as Reva was at farmstead, but when Obi had defeated Vader he managed to travel to Tatooine in minutes. He made it on time to confront Reva & forgive her all with lil pep talk. It makes no sense since travelling a grid in the SW galaxy takes hours. Noticed how night-time on that area when Obi landed & on planet approach scene he lands to area with daytime 🙃 How could Owen miss his first shot on Reva. She was literally standing still. Maybe he went through the Stormtrooper training program 🥴 Pst: He didn’t know that wife had weapons hidden at downstairs. Planet with hostile creatures & raiders looting at least once a month i assume. Even knowing these he’s so crap shot that misses still target 😳 Lill after when he waits Reva on a ledge, he doesn’t shoot at all & that gave edge to character who magically traveled to Tatooine.
Why didn’t at least Beruchase Reva with speeder once she went to run after Luke. Owen couldn’t cause of his bad knee. Should have left fear behind. Owen & Beru should’ve set crossfire ambush, not both to stay on same side. Mickey’s crew explaining episode or movie content won’t be done as that would require effort & time consuming things like script editing & redrafting 🤔 They weren’t hired for this. As far as Mickey showrunners are concerned, if something isn’t on screen, it doesn’t exist. Two points taken cause there was no need to show Reva going into Tatooine faster than made any sense. Yes, she found the holo recording with Owen’s name & it happened only because Bail was so dumb to mention it 🤦♂️ He could’ve sent the message without saying it & Obi knowing what he means. High importance subject & he acts like has amoeba’s brain 😢 Of course Obi was dumb earlier when gave it to scammer & he dropped it.
Obi-Wan goes into Soresu when gets ready to face his ex apprentice on another Duel. Location was nameless moon near base that future rebels used.

The ost is mostly dull & generic through the season. In Rebels animated series it uplifted episodes to be a lot better & same for Clone Wars esp. last few on S07 ✨🎶 Joby Harold who’s one of the Kenobi writers said publicly that he hasn’t seen ROTS. He also said that didnt know Obi Wan knew Anakin being Darth Vader 😮 He joined to write the most hyped show of this decade, but doesnt look into material source 🙆♂️ He went to consult with clown Pablo Hidalgo. “Red LS crystals are faulty” Why: Didn’t kill Plot Armored Reva who’s species is human. GI’s survival was expected cause he’s a Pau’an species. No fear of infection & have two stomachs. Their average lifespan is 700years. Mostly pointless character Reva (why name her so close to greatest Jedi) got stabbed (or slashed & stabbed) & all good, walks in sunshine 🤯 Lightsaber can even go through Parasteel Doors (element used in SW Universe) & no doubt it would destroy entrails of sentient being. Doesn’t kill youngling who got hit.. Youngling strike not shown by end of S01E06. She only told at Path’s base that she hid under the youngling corpses. Okey, did Anakin just blindly swing younglings at temple & plot armored Reva survived cause of it ?
Obi could’ve finished Vader before OT events took place, but he didnt. So every sentient being killed by Vader after duel in nameless moon is partially his fault. Alderaan & more if include SWEU content. Not those after Mustafar duel because he thought Anakin dies when he made the mistake about high ground. The entire OT is down to Obi-Wan letting Vader go for no apparent reason. If he let him live because it’s Luke’s job to take him down then that was very blind decision cause of The Empire. Even Kenobi the looong waited show & it’s possibly only S01 was a 65% letdown, i’ll keep Mickey+ subenabled cause of waiting for ‘Andor‘ pilot episode to air on late August 😋 Ewan saved a lot of points for it.
Yes there’s almost two months ‘empty‘ time after Kenobi’s season 1 finale 😦 Season word as i dream of S02 rumor to come true. Also waiting for Willow’s return as telly series, Mandalorian S03 Feb. next year & mostly wait for Ah-Soka on same year. Now hoping for Quinlan Voss on Kenobi’s possible S02 or on Ah-Soka series. Then not to get killed cause he’s entertaining Jedi 🙂 My ‘true‘ Star Wars joy content so far up to this day 28.6.6022 (2022 by oldest storybook timeline) is movies 1-6, Rogue One, Legends books & comics that i’ve read. I’ve bought many as EBook. Here’s a fine ear massage since we didn’t get legacy tracks (two isn’t enough) through the six episodes. Jedi Master Obi-Wan has a rejuvenating evening in Tatooine. Maybe gets visit from Qui-Gon, Yoda, Siri Tachi & Kit Fisto.

Pros: Ewan McGregor, Rubert Friend & Joel Edgerton. This opening a.k.a pilot episode is a fantasticoo start to the series when remove some of the bad parts like darth tantrum inquisitor messing around in the town & few others that is written below. Its well-paced (second one not so much) & gives semi well created sceneries in the planet that’s most known in this galaxy. Torn up strong & wise Jedi who isn’t much of a Jedi at this stage is working on some carcass ripping yard. Staying low to not get into Empire’s radar. Beautiful execution when these daily life steps are repeated few times.
Cons: Reva comes across as an unnecessary “insert” a side character with paper thin development shoved further onto centre stage than is merited. Already on this pilot episode some scenes would’ve had more impact without her Darth Tantrum attitude messing up things. She scarcely has any depth like Ventress, Melisandre & even Serleena from MIB2 to name few.She’s a plank character just like Rey ‘Mary Sue’ Palpatine from 80% horrid Sequel Trilogy. Her attempt of showing threat doesn’t go far & on this opening episode it felt cringey & forced. Obi should’ve had more empathy with reply to lost young Jedi named ‘Nari‘ when asked for guidance. The chase scene where adults are clumsier than semi toddler is a disgrace telly work on this show that’s meant to set into rough era in the Galaxy. Short, but effective fix by Zebra3Girl is gold. On the one what we got, how can they trip over obstacles that are no problemo for youngling & why didn’t these bh’s have stun gun for contracts like this. Yes it can be used to younglings. I bet that Joby was the one who wrote this & unintentionally it comes as laughter scene. All it needs is cartoon ost ^^ Lets not forget the silly fact of treating sandy planet as joke no matter what universe it’s in. Obi-Wan went to dig up his Lightsabe presumably after 10 years. It was just Half meter or so under the sand surface 🙃 Most likely written by Joby or there’s another dumbo with same profession on that crew who don’t deserve to work with adult series. Those people forget that Tatooine’s constant sandstorms would’ve buried it wayy below the surface after a decade 💨🤔

Episode 2 7/10
Pros: Ewan McGregor & Kumail Nanjiani. This gets lil bigger score than it should cause of well built background and props for the city in Planet Daiyu where Obi-Wan moves around. Planet that’s introduced for the first time. It brings me joy cause of more in depth sw & cp feels. Multicultural life in sw galaxy far away is always great to see & let eyes feast on it. Kumail is one of the highlights & he delivers bag of goodies as usual.
Cons: Plot Armored semi pointless character thinks of takedown plan & again speaks alone behind the back of person who just gave orders in front of her. It showed that Reva is slightly whacko. Grand Inquisitor that i liked right after his first scene at EP01 got removed cause of dumb reasons.. 😦 GI would’ve seen that betrayal coming & prepare for it if written properly. Sadly Mickey Corporation’s crew for Kenobi came with bad excuse to sideline him so Missy Darth Tantrum a.k.a plot armored character can take the center stage from all Inquisitors 😦 Yes, at the end of the S01E06 (season finale if we get S02) it’s clear that Inquisitors could’ve been shown better way if done with passion. Instead we got identity politics shoved into our eyes 🤯
Grand Inquisitor showed his strength already at ep01 when was able to stop lightsaber strike with the ‘Force’. I would love all episodes 100x more if Grand Inquisitor had been part of them & it would increase rewatch value big time. EP02 has bad pacing at midway. Reva’s weird parkour scene is slow, bonkers & unnecessary. That’s also where bad pacing comes into picture. It’s a copy of introductory scene in the first “Matrix” where Trinity does same. Not much else bad to say about this mostly beautiful episode that’s set into nice scenery.
Talented & great on stage person Temuera Morrison played abandoned Clone Trooper.
Episode 3 7.5/10
Pros: Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen & Indira Varma. Leia & Obi traveling at back of hovering work transport vehicle has good moments like when Obi tells Leia that wish he would be her father. Nice acting by Ewan & Vivien. Loader droid holding the wrench (or hammer, don’t recall now), while enemy troopers inside is genius addition ❤ Also those many markings on wall left by jedis & other people of high value. I like them even half dumb to add into building that’s deep in zone controlled by enemy faction. Vader’s throne room in the wide shot, actually resembles his mask. Pretty nice detail added by someone ✍️
Cons: Few Stormtroopers ask a ride from the driver to their outpost. They hop in to back of the vehicle where Obi & Leia are sitting. Obi & Leia survive the background questions. They replied to Obi-Wan that they have long way to go, but just about minute later they stop cause of the Empire outpost is nearby.. 😀 Better way would’ve been to let them go all the way to sec checkpoint where Obi had a blaster fight. There to use his Lightsaber for the first time on Kenobi show. Then force pull that Stormtrooper who he shot with blaster on the version that we got. He felt down to lazeer gate & was split in half.
So yeah bodies cut in half & limbs being cut means that Star Wars definitely not meant ‘only‘ for kids as still many weird people say. Darth Vader making illogical civ kills on his way towards the tunnel building. No that wasn’t logical way to pull Jedi (Obi-Wan) into the open even knowing what GI said at EP01. That first arrival of Darth Vader on the show would’ve been BUENO moment to use some golden Legacy OST. Didn’t happen 😦 How did Tala get out of the tunnel system without passing Reva? How did Reva get to the end of the tunnel to meet Leia without passing Leia who was already in the tunnel & on her way to the end? How did the loader droid know to suddenly leave the scrap shop and go save Kenobi? Dumb refugees & Jedis for writing recognisable things to walls at building that leads to tunnel. It’s set in Empire controlled planet. Small fire stopped Vader & didn’t clear it at second time. Maybe Vader ran out of Force energy level so soon 😮

^^ For this & next week since foreveer when comes to beautiful DC Comics shown at Telly in Live act. format. Specif. means that three on same week ❤ DC’s Stargirl had Season two premiere ep. yesterday & new season one ep. for Superman & Lois as well. DC’s Titans S03 premiere ep. comes tomorrow Aug 12th. Not long to go when S&L goes to break & gets ready to prod. S02. Lil sad face in mid of these great times cause of knowing that first three eps. of DC’s Titans drop on premiere day Personally wanted to see whole season to arrive ep. per week cause then season would ‘last longer‘. That way to have couple more weekdays when looking for the evening with good munchies & new ep. Gotta go with this scheduling that suits chose to use & no complaints cause it got third season. Soon to send DC’s Titans fourth season request email to Hbo Max & WB at least three times a month until it’s confirmed. Hope that we see my fav. crossover wish that’s Stargirl – S&L 🎉 If not this then DC’s Titans to do second with Doom Patrol. If only Stephen Amell’s Green Arrow would still be around & to have many scenes together with Stargirl & S&L crew. Sadly that fine series had crappy characters brought in when ‘New Team Arrow‘ members arrived & few seasons later writers did wrong to Oliver Queen’s storyline.
S.Amell did gent’s move on two comic-con events when he gave the bow to young fan who was a cancer survivor. I wish good luck & happy times on his new Heels series 🖖 Second hope is that AT&T / WB would buy Stargirl completely to their HBO Max & HBO Nordic streaming platform. Yeah HBO Nordic is gonna merge with H.Max. Hope it happens soon cause it’s supposed to by Q4 this year. That’s based on announcement early this year. Everyone enjoy this DC Content during Q4 this year & remember to keep sub active on Hbo Max & Hbo Nordic (Nordic for Scandinavian fans) & share good word about DC’s Telly series 👏 HBO Streaming library is available also on some other continents with other name like HBO Go. I have HBO Nordic & happy to keep sub without axing it 🙇♂️ Watching content with relaxed pace & happy to know that merge is gonna happen when time is ready. HBO Max is going global sooner than later & that’s good cause then there’s less hassle with diff. names. I think whole Europe has it by Q1 next year.

DC’s Titans: Third season prem. ep. arrives 12.8 at Hbo Max ❤ When i first heard the theme song for this beauty series i was dazed into good feels state. Following since second day of pilot ep. arrived. DC Comics’ younger superheroes & vigilantes have so far shined through across slightly uneven, but entertainingtwo seasons. Robin (Brenton Thwaites), Rachel Roth (Teagan Croft), Wonder Girl (Conor Leslie), Starfire (Anna Diop), Beast Boy (Ryan Potter), Jason Todd (Curran Walters) & Superboy (Joshua Orpin) are main characters adventures so far. Not to forget Dove & Hank played by Minka Kelly & Alan Richardson. S01E09 that’s about their story is one of my fav. eps. so far. DC’s Titans is a darkly toned show where our heroes’ morals are often compromised & their talks at times aren’t something you should hear at elem.school.
They come out while bones endurance is put to test & blood is splattered. First season is kinda best of the two as we meet the main players, learn their back stories and follow an intriguing mystery involving Rachel. Though in my view season two has it’s beautiful highlights & storytelling that keep you tightly seated. Thwaites is the show’s anchor – & the closest thing the group has to a leader. On the journeys his murky decision making is influenced by a troubled past. DC’s Titans is more like Arrow than shows like The Flash or Black Lightning the fine series that should’ve been more grittier & get renewal to fourth season. Big dream with DC’s Titans is to have Swamp Thing saved by HBO Max or Amazon Prime Video & then crossover eps. 🤞 Hope that people keep sending email about it to both of them. DC’s Stargirl
DC’s Stargirl: Cause of the ‘Crisis on Infinite Earths‘ crossover, it’s known that Stargirl takes place on Earth-2 in the DC live-action multiverse – World that was destroyed in the final season of Arrow & reborn on new form in the last chapter of Crisis. You don’t need to know any of that backstory to enjoy the Stargirl premiere, but still i recommend to watch Arrow series with relaxed pace & enjoy the stories ❤ Courtney Whitmore ‘Stargirl‘ is played by Brec Bassinger & her stepdad – Pat Dugan is played by Luke Wilson. Since early on – the series really thrives on the strong chemistry between the two leads & the awkward, but likeable family bond they share ✨ With seeing so many superhero stories revolving around a character grieving for their dead parents, it was refreshing to get a show centered on a father/daughter relationship. Stargirl does it well as it goes without scenes that put a slower gear on when not needed.
Mike Dugan character played by Trae Romano brings out some cheesy dialogue on first season, but good thing is that they don’t go overboard when know how to focus. S01 offers fine villains like ‘Icicle & Brainwave‘ that are well delivered into live act series. Second season had it’s premiere yesterday 10.8. on The CW & today 11.8 ep. is also available on HBO Max, HBO Nordic & maybe HBO Go ❤ On press event held at end of july the series creator Geoff Johns said that the dark tone will immediately play out in the season two premiere ep. He didn’t go into details, but teased that the opening brings frightening moments to everyone. Today on late evening accompanied with good veg munchies i’ll watch S02E01 on HBO Nordic via 📺 app. I’m not going deeper into series & can say that it’s a lot of fun through ten eps. & i recommend it to anyone 🙌

Superman & Lois: Is developed for The CW by Todd Helbing, Greg Berlanti. Directed by Lee Toland Krieger, James Bamford & Rachel Talalay. On this beautiful ‘Man of Steel‘ series the filming crew uses true anamorphic lenses that’s mandatory in order to achieve the ‘epic & mysterious’ look that’s characterized by Zack Snyder’s superhero films 🎥 When watched pilot ep. on HBO Nordic via telly’s app. i was in ‘awe’ state thanks to that & just cause of good writing, fine acting & more 🏆 On S&L, Superman is a now well-established hero who at start is investigating breeches in nuclear power plants with Lois’ father, Gen. Sam Lane (Dylan Walsh). Clark & Lois have been married for a long time, raising twin sons -Jordan (Alex Garfin) & Jonathan (Jordan Elsass)- Jonathan is about to launch his sporty adventures as QB in Metropolis high school.
Jordan has had his issues growing up – he’s often distant & acted out when was younger. He was diagnosed with social anxiety disorder. Clark feels a bit down at end of many days cause not being able to be there for his kids. Esp. for Jordan to whom he’s been unable to connect with during his anxiety troubled early that should be spent with other ways. The villain story on s01 that’s still going for couple eps. threw a welcome surprise with a small curve & alliance was made. I cheered when saw Angus Macfadyen show up. I strongly recom. S&L (HBO Nordic) to everyone & those who worry about overload with teen angst drama won’t need to think about it. Watch on The CW app. (US only) if you’re on it’s geo range & if not then stream on HBO Max, Nordic or HBO Go & share good word o/
Now to think of it, it couldn’t have been done cause of the uber cringey scene at end of the episode. Obi-Wan walks through sec checkpoint while Leia is under the massive trench coat.. 😀
